After undergoing three years of ICSI treatment with my own eggs in Germany, which unfortunately ended in three miscarriages, egg donation—which is pointlessly prohibited in Germany—offered us new hope.

From the very first email contact, we felt we were in good hands at GENNET. Our coordinator was professional and kind, and the entire process at the clinic was well-organized and clearly built on years of experience.

From the two embryos that were transferred, three amazing little people were born, who enrich our lives every single day.

Our thanks go to the wonderful team at GENNET!

Our little miracle named Viktorie

This family's story is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do – with faith, care, and hope. Thanks to the meticulous infertility treatment and the personal approach of Dr. Alena Langerová, Ph.D., who guided the family through the entire process at the GENNET Letná clinic, something extraordinary was achieved: the joy of a positive result came on the very first attempt. Without unnecessary stress, but with the humanity and expertise that provide both confidence and peace of mind.

The pregnancy proceeded smoothly and without complications – and on April 13, 2025, little Viktorie was born. A strong personality who chose her own way to enter the world. As her parents add with a smile, they certainly won't be bored with her.

And what pleases us even more? One frozen embryo remains as a small hope for the future. Should the family decide to take the next step, we know they will turn to us with confidence once again.

Thank you for your trust and for the opportunity to be part of such an exceptional life moment.

Our Journey to a Baby: Thank you, GENNET!

Exactly one year ago, my partner and I walked into GENNET for the first time with the hope that you would help us fulfill our greatest dream – to become parents. Today, twelve months later, we are holding our beautiful daughter, Stella, in our arms.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team, and especially Dr. Dvořáčková from the Prague 7 – Letná branch, for her incredibly kind approach, empathy, and professionalism. Thanks to you, our dream has become a reality.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are amazing.

A journey full of obstacles that led to our dream baby boy

Tento příběh je neuvěřitelně silný a inspirativní, zejména díky vaší vytrvalosti a odvaze čelit tolika překážkám. Tady je překlad do angličtiny, který zachovává faktickou přesnost (lékařské termíny) i hluboký emocionální podtext:

Our journey to parenthood began in 2018, when we learned about a genetic disorder in the family. We faced a difficult decision – should my husband get tested? After a year of reflection and worry, he took the leap, primarily because the health of our future children was his main priority. Unfortunately, the tests confirmed that he did carry the condition, leaving us with another choice: either remain childless or undergo IVF with preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).

In 2021, we decided to go ahead with IVF. My weight was the next obstacle, so I began working on losing it. During the tests, it was also discovered that I had type 2 diabetes, which had to be stabilized. After two years of effort, we finally got the green light.

The egg retrieval took place in February 2023 – we obtained 30 oocytes, but only 11 were mature. After cultivation and genetic testing, we were left with two healthy embryos. We wanted to proceed with the transfer as soon as possible, but unfortunately, I fell ill, and we had to wait. In May, the time finally came, and the frozen embryo transfer (FET) took place on June 17.

A few weeks later, the most beautiful moment arrived – a positive test! Despite minor complications during the first few weeks of pregnancy, we finally held our healthy baby boy in our arms.

Today, he is one year old, and we are immensely grateful to the entire GENNET team for their support and professional care. Thank you for helping us make our dream come true!

Heartfelt thanks for making our dream come true

After unsuccessful treatment in Italy, where we were given only a 1% chance of success and the entire process was mentally and physically exhausting for me, we decided to come to the GENNET clinic.

After that trauma, walking into GENNET was a completely different experience; I was met with professionalism and kindness. They guided me through the treatment step by step, and I never felt alone. At GENNET, you find not only a very high level of expertise and technology but also a level of honesty and transparency that is truly rare.

I am 44 years old and 5 months pregnant with a baby girl—she is a miracle of science and technology. Before GENNET, I was losing hope of ever becoming a mother. My husband and I will never be able to thank GENNET enough. I highly recommend this clinic, which felt positive from our very first online consultation. I hope that one day we will visit GENNET with our little girl and introduce her to the amazing staff who made all of this possible.

Our eternal thanks go to everyone—to my coordinator Vanessa, who literally held my hand even on the day of the transfer and whose kindness always gave me strength; to the doctors for their professionalism and meticulous care; to the embryologists, and to the entire team!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Our first Christmas with our little miracle

To je neuvěřitelně silné svědectví o tom, jak důležité je najít tu správnou cestu, i když to znamená změnit původní plán. Vaše slova o tom, že jste se cítila „jako doma“, jsou pro kliniku tou nejlepší vizitkou.

I would like to thank the clinic staff for their care, empathy, and professionalism, thanks to which I managed to conceive on the first attempt. I am so grateful that I decided on an egg donation cycle, as I had only faced failure with my own eggs.

Although it might seem that treatment with donated eggs would be demanding, both psychologically and organizationally, for me, it was quite the opposite—it was very easy and fast. Whenever I had a question, my coordinator responded immediately to dispel any doubts. My thanks go primarily to my coordinator, Martina, and Dr. Šestinová. At GENNET, I felt at home, and most importantly, I walked away with the baby I had wished for for years.

A huge thank you once again, and please continue your important work.

Our story

I am writing our story because I believe it can help other couples who were (or currently are) in the same situation as we were.

Just like many other couples before us, we were financially and emotionally exhausted after several attempts in Italy and Switzerland. We decided to place our trust in GENNET and immediately found several testimonials that encouraged and convinced us to turn to Prague.

The initial consultation was arranged very quickly after filling out the form, and communication was always clear and simple thanks to our wonderful and very kind coordinator.

With hope and a lot of fear, we boarded the plane, and from that moment on, our lives changed. We spent several beautiful days in Prague, staying for 6 days for the retrieval and transfer. Since it was an international destination, we tried to experience it as a vacation... and we returned home as three!

It was a huge surprise! We were amazed by both the professionalism and the availability for the transfer; everything was perfectly sanitized and organized. Nine months after November, our greatest love, Noah, was born, and our lives were filled with immense joy. We will be truly forever grateful to the GENNET clinic and all its staff for making us the family we dreamed of!

The miracle happened

Hello,

July 4th marks exactly one year since my egg retrieval—the day a miracle began. Out of 7 eggs retrieved, 4 were fertilized. Only 2 were suitable, and in the end, only 1 developed successfully. This was our first attempt, and while we were filled with hope, we tried to keep our feet on the ground. When we received the call on July 24th telling us the results were positive, it became one of the happiest days of our lives. The fear we had felt since the beginning of the treatment faded slightly, but it only truly disappeared after the birth.

In March, our healthy baby girl was born—almost exactly a year after Dr. Langerová promised us she would do everything in her power to help us welcome our baby into the world as soon as possible. She kept her promise.

Today, our little one is 3 months old, and we never stop being moved by the miracle that happened at your clinic a year ago. Even during our visits and treatment, we were thrilled by the professional and, above all, empathetic approach of the clinic. We want to thank the entire team of doctors, nurses, and staff, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Lucas – The most beautiful and well-behaved baby ❤️

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart. My thanks go to the entire GENNET team—from the receptionists and nurses to the doctors and all the specialists.

I want to share a story of how a dream became a reality, thanks to the amazing people working at GENNET. This is a story about how you and your clinic helped bring our little miracle into the world.

My partner and I have been together for 8 years. We always knew that our ultimate life goal was to have a baby. However, after 4 years of trying, we realized it wouldn't be that simple. It was mentally very taxing. You hear from everyone how you're getting older and should start a family. After countless pregnancy tests and failures, we decided to seek help at GENNET. Following several tests, research, and the excellent work of the doctors, it was discovered that my partner's results were not good; in fact, pregnancy was not recommended with those values.

The doctors started a treatment to help him. After two months, my partner's results were incredible. We were told that now it should happen spontaneously. But we told ourselves that since we were already here, we would choose the IVF route right away and not wait any longer. From then on, everything went like clockwork. They retrieved my eggs and my partner’s sperm, and then we just had to wait a few days…

To this day, I still don't fully grasp the miracle. I will never forget the day, 14 days after the embryo transfer, when I called for the blood test results. I sat by the phone for three hours, too afraid to call. But then, the voice on the other end told me my HCG levels were elevated and the attempt was successful. Thanks to the care of everyone at GENNET, I finally heard those beautiful words: "You are pregnant!"

We had been trying for 5 years. Now I know that all the suffering you might be going through—just like we did—is unnecessary. I was afraid to go to GENNET. But believe me, it is a magical place. Everyone there does their absolute best to make your dream come true. Both my partner and I can say we have never experienced such willingness and kindness in a healthcare facility. My only regret is that we didn't go to GENNET sooner.

Thanks to GENNET, our lifelong dream has come true. Thank you, team! Yes, you truly can work magic. Thanks to you, our son was born ❤️

Our Lucas was born on June 24, 2024.
The most beautiful and sweetest baby ❤️

After 6 long years of struggle… Sárinka finally arrived

We would like to share the story of our journey to IVF happiness.

My husband and I got together in 2015, and after just three months, we knew we wanted a baby (I know, it’s fast, but when you feel he’s the right one, there’s no reason to wait). After a year of trying on our own with no success, we decided to seek professional help.

Living in the Hradec Králové region, we started visiting a local clinic in 2016. We underwent many examinations—with no cause for failure found. According to the doctors, we were both healthy. Many IUI attempts and three failed IVF cycles followed.

I was losing all hope and strength. My husband and I were almost at the breaking point of a breakup because it was so mentally taxing :-( Fortunately, that didn't happen, and we decided to "switch off" for a while and focus on renovating our home—they say that works when you occupy your mind with something else. It didn't work for us. We still couldn't conceive…

I joined various IVF support groups on Facebook where women support each other and share advice. That’s where I learned about the almost "miraculous" Dr. Jarošová from GENNET. My husband and I decided to change clinics for our final IVF attempt, and I insisted on seeing her specifically.

So, in 2022, we headed to Prague for help. We had a wonderful talk with Dr. Jarošová and underwent various tests. June 7th, 2022, was the day we went to pick up our "3-day bubbles" :-) We had "only" two embryos left, so we had both transferred, even knowing the risk of a multiple pregnancy!

And wonder of wonders! June 14th, 2022, was THE most beautiful day for us—I took a pregnancy test and there was a "faint line" :-) Then came the blood HCG test, and there it was—our happiness was confirmed!

And why am I writing all this? To give strength to all those who are waiting and whose luck hasn't arrived yet. We waited 6 years. It was 6 long years full of hopelessness, anticipation, disappointment, and hope… but in the end, we made it. NEVER GIVE UP!

Mia and Asia are the meaning of our lives

Many couples share a story similar to ours. In Italy, we underwent three IVF cycles with many side effects, and eventually, we decided to take a different path. We chose embryo donation because we believe that DNA plays no role—children belong to those who raise them!

After having consultations at six different clinics, we finally discovered GENNET. There, we found a human touch and true professionalism; everyone was ready to hold our hand and guide us. We never felt like just a number or an ATM… and on our very first attempt, our daughters Mia and Asia were born. They are the meaning of our lives.

A huge thank you to all the staff, doctors, nurses—simply everyone—and last but not least, the management, who do such important work behind the scenes to fulfill every wish. You have given us the most precious gift possible. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When my husband and I decided we wanted a family, we knew it wouldn't be easy due to my genetic mutation. That is why we chose the IVF route and GENNET Letná; we had heard nothing but praise for this clinic many times, and we couldn't have made a better decision. Even though the first KET (frozen embryo transfer) didn't work out, we didn't give up. With the support of Dr. Černý, who is absolutely wonderful, we went for another attempt. He performed the KET at my request, and IT WORKED! Today, thanks to him, my husband and I have a beautiful and healthy 6-week-old baby boy, Kryštof, at home. ❤

We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at GENNET Letná, but especially to Dr. Černý. Kryštůfek is our little big miracle.

How we became a family of five

How we became a family of five

Hi, my name is Courtney and my husband is Mark. Our story is about how we wanted to become a family of five. It is a long story, full of triumph and heartbreak, but above all, it is full of love.

Mark and I got married in 2009, and very shortly after, we were ready to start a family. It took us a full year to conceive naturally, and in July 2011, a beautiful baby boy named Peyton was born. We thought the journey to our next baby would be easy, but unfortunately, it wasn't!

For long years, we tried to conceive a second child. We tried medications, surgeries, and every available natural method before turning to IVF in Nova Scotia, Canada. We were full of hope during our first round of IVF, but out of 23 eggs retrieved, we were left with only one embryo, which didn't even survive until the day of transfer. It broke our hearts, and we felt like giving up.

But because I wanted my son to grow up with a sibling, we decided to keep fighting. Shortly after our failed cycle, we decided to go for a second round of IVF, which failed again. It seemed that my eggs were compromised and we wouldn't be able to have more children. We were devastated by this loss and tried to accept the fact that our fate was to be a family of three. It was a painful and dark chapter of my life.

Fortunately, a doctor reached out to us to suggest considering an embryo donation program in the Czech Republic. We were thrilled and contacted GENNET immediately. We were very impressed by the program they offered and the approach of the staff. After having the opportunity to discuss potential treatment with the doctors from GENNET, it was decided—we were going to Prague!

In May 2015, we flew there to begin another attempt at expanding our family. We were welcomed by so many kind faces and absolutely loved our stay in Prague! We stayed for 5 days, and after returning home, we found out I was finally pregnant! We were so excited! Two amazing donors gave us the opportunity to become parents for the second time, and we will be forever grateful to them.

In December 2016, our beautiful Harper entered the world, bringing so much love into our lives. When Harper was two, we decided we wanted to return to Prague again to try for a third child, so we went for a second round. There were some complications that time, but we decided to return for a third time, and it was a success! In August 2020, our dear Lennon joined the family, and we were finally a complete family of five.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to the donors who decided to give a part of themselves. Our two girls and their amazing big brother are our everything. We couldn't be happier. We walked paths full of tears and struggles, but in the end, we reached a successful conclusion that we hadn't even dared to hope for.

To our donors and everyone who helped us so much, thank you! Without you, we would never be complete.

Our greatest love, Ellinka

A beautiful day to everyone at GENNET from Litoměřice!

We would like to thank you so much for everything, especially Dr. Kadyrová and nurse Kristýna Uhlířová for all the care and kind words you gave us during the more than two years we visited you regularly. We wanted to share the news that a week ago, on August 29th, 2020, our greatest love, Ellinka, was born (3.2 kg and 49 cm). We are sending a few photos from the pregnancy and especially of our little one. For now, they are just from home; we are going for a professional photoshoot in two weeks. Everyone says she is the spitting image of her daddy—even the nurses in the hospital said so when they saw him (apparently, they even have the same "mohawk" hair).

We would also like to thank Dr. Vokroj, who performed that fateful KET (frozen embryo transfer), and the wonderful nurse Martina Dib, who took care of us in the operating room. They might remember me because it was two weeks before Christmas, and we told her that this time, we were simply coming for our Christmas baby and there was no other way.

Once again, thank you to the entire team and sending our best regards. Ellinka is the greatest happiness we have ever known in our lives.

Our greatest love, Ellinka
